Executive Summary
The workshop convened to shape the vision and operational framework of the Community of Practice (CoP) highlighted two key approaches to its development. The first approach focused on addressing technical aspects, such as filling data gaps and generating new datasets. However, greater emphasis was placed on a second, more comprehensive approach that seeks to tackle systemic challenges hindering institutions from achieving their objectives in data generation, decision-making, investment planning, and farmer support.
